• grills;
• terraces;
• furniture;
• decorative elements;
• metal structures;
• other non-standard products.

For example, the promotion may not apply if:

• the product has been designed for a specific unique location;
• the structure is suitable only for a specific property;
• substantial new drawings are required;
• significant design changes are required;
• reproducing the product is not economically or technically justified;
• DzoDizains already offers exactly the same product;
• the promotion also does not apply to stairs, railings, fences or gates;
• the client does not provide permission for further use of the project.

The promotion does not apply if the final result of the project is so individual or specific that it cannot be used for the needs of other clients without substantial modification.

DzoDizains reserves the right, in any case, to make a decision regarding compliance with the promotion terms.

How does the project development process work?

The client provides DzoDizains with their idea, wishes and requirements regarding the desired product and specifies, for example:

• desired type of product;
• dimensions;
• desired design;
• materials;
• colour;
• functionality;
• images or visual examples;
• other individual requirements.

Based on the information provided by the client and in cooperation with the client, DzoDizains considers the possibility of applying the promotion to a particular project and, if it is decided that the discount can be applied, proceeds to develop the project drawings, structures and technical solutions.

The decision as to whether a particular project complies with the promotion terms before the project is started is made solely and exclusively by DzoDizains. The decision cannot be disputed.

The client approves the final solution before the product is manufactured.

What happens if the project is selected for the promotion?

If DzoDizains decides that the particular final project is suitable for reuse, the client receives a 15% discount.

In return, the client agrees that the particular final product is not exclusive and that DzoDizains is entitled to use it in the future without any time limitation, quantity limitation or any other type of limitation.

Some examples:

• manufacture it for other clients;
• sell it to other clients;
• include it in its product offering;
• publish it on its website;
• use it in advertising;
• use it on social media;
• use it in catalogues;
• use it in its portfolio;
• present it as a product developed by DzoDizains;
• and so on.

The client is informed and agrees that:

By receiving the individually manufactured product, the client does not acquire exclusive rights to prohibit DzoDizains from using the specific project developed by DzoDizains itself in the future.
